Amazone expands its range for professional green space maintenance with the BladeCut 1800 sickle mower. The new mower can be easily converted as an exchange option for the self-propelled mower Profihopper 1500. Thanks to its robust construction and a cutting width of 1.80 m, high area performance is achieved.
Low noise emission
Many technical advantages make the BladeCut mower a good choice for precise and intensive continuous use. The QuickLink change system allows the standard flail mower of the Profihopper to be quickly and easily exchanged for the new sickle mower. Users can thus flexibly respond to different requirements.
The modern mowing deck geometry of the BladeCut 1800 allows for a high overlap of the blades. This ensures a clean grass cut, even in curves, as well as an even distribution of the cut material. The BladeCut is used with direct rear discharge, disabling the collecting function of the Profihopper. An optional mulching kit with specially shaped mulching blades is available.
An open grass guide effectively prevents blockages. The mower operates quietly, making it ideal for use in noise-sensitive environments.
For tough continuous use
Due to its stable construction with high-quality components, the sickle mower is a resilient and durable solution for intensive use. The use of quality blades and large blade bearings increases the device's service life. Standard protective features like Friction Discs prevent blade damage when in contact with foreign objects, and the special blade curvature protects the blade bearings from wear. A well-thought-out support system between two large gauge wheels at the front and the front wheels of the mower ensure smooth operation.
Adaptation to different terrain conditions
The cutting height can be continuously adjusted between 20 mm and 110 mm, allowing for adaptation to different requirements. On difficult terrain, the flexible suspension and large gauge wheels ensure a very constant cutting height. Anti-Scalp rollers protect the lawn from damage on uneven ground, ensuring a clean, professional cutting pattern.
