Kuhn has developed its new fixed chamber baler FB 3125 for small to medium-sized businesses with their own forage harvesting. The baler is designed to be easy to operate and very robust.

Kuhn presents the new fixed chamber round baler FB 3125. This model expands the FB series specifically for agricultural businesses. The robustly built baler is intended for small to medium-sized businesses with their own forage harvesting, according to the manufacturer.

The FB 3125 is designed to be suitable for year-round use with various types of forage. The machine is also said to be easy to operate and maintain.

High bale density and high compaction force are achieved with 18 baling rolls at the heart of the press chamber in the FB 3125. All baling rolls guide the bale cleanly into the press chamber thanks to the Power Track profile - "from guaranteed bale start to high-density bale," as advertised by the manufacturer. The well-known Integral rotor and the 2.30m wide pick-up ensure an ideal flow for efficient baling.

The press chamber of the FB 3125 measures 1.22 x 1.25 meters (width x diameter).

Kuhn's concept for fixed chamber round balers relies on robust components. All rolls in the press chamber are laser-welded from a single piece, ensuring maximum durability, as promised by the company.

The FB 3125 features a robust drive train with high-quality bearings for a long service life, ideal bale shape, and uniform bale density. The baler has maintenance-free baling rolls and an automatic chain lubrication system for easy and quick maintenance.

The FB 3125 is characterized by simple and intuitive operation. With the VT 30 terminal, the operator has full control and can monitor the entire baling and binding process. Key information such as press chamber fill level, feed mode, bale count, and number of net layers are visible at a glance. The baler only requires two hydraulic control units and a 3-pin socket to be ready for operation.

For consistently high net tension, the Kuhn net binding system actively tensions the net and evenly spreads it over the full width of the bale. The convenient net layout and clear net guidance ensure an easy net roll replacement.
