AGCO promises double the performance when baling small bales with the new MF SB.1436DB, featuring two baling channels side by side. The SimplEbale system ensures consistent quality.

Massey Ferguson introduces the SB.1436DB, a new baler that simultaneously bales two small bales measuring 35.5 x 46.5 cm side by side. This is made possible by two separate baling channels behind the pickup.

"The SB.1436DB was developed to meet the needs of modern hay producers who are facing increasing pressure due to labor shortages, tight harvesting windows, and demanding quality standards," says Dane Mosel, Marketing Manager at Massey Ferguson. "With its robust design and groundbreaking technology, this baler helps operators achieve higher efficiency and better results while reducing costs for increased profitability."

Increased Field Performance

With two rows of bales per pass, the machine reduces labor, equipment, and fuel costs while maximizing productivity. This allows the operator to optimize tight harvesting windows.

With a pickup width of 264 cm and 90 strokes per minute, the baler ensures higher throughput and capacity. The automated SimplEbale system guarantees consistent bale densities, weights, and dimensions. Productivity losses due to manual errors are avoided.

Top Bale Consistency

The SB.1436DB delivers bales with uniform density, shape, and size, setting a new standard for hay marketing. Independent knotter releases ensure precise bale lengths (60-132 cm) regardless of windrow size. The finished bales are deposited in separate rows for easy handling and quick transport.

The twine supply holds 20 rolls and is sufficient for up to 8,000 bales. Automatic knotter lubrication minimizes manual interventions and extends field time. Maintenance access to critical components is said to be easy.
