Fliegl promises reliable technology that won't give up even under the toughest conditions in agricultural daily life with their three-way tipper. It is based on a stable, hot-dip galvanized hollow section frame that sets the foundation for a long lifespan.

In addition, powder-coated side walls (from the EDK 40 model onwards) not only look visually appealing but also provide optimal protection against weather influences. The bridge is made of highly wear-resistant steel, allowing for the easy transport of large loads and abrasive materials, according to the manufacturer.

The three-way tipper is manufactured at Fliegl's headquarters in Mühldorf am Inn, which ensures consistent production depth and reliable control. Designed down to the smallest detail, the tipper offers maximum stability and excellent stability even in demanding terrain. This is thanks to the extra-wide track, low center of gravity, and compact design.

Practical Benefits

In addition to its solid construction, the Fliegl three-way tipper impresses with numerous well-thought-out functions. The three-way tipping function allows for flexible tipping to the left, right, or rear - a clear advantage when speed and precision are crucial.

The large tipping angle ensures that the cargo is reliably and completely unloaded. At the same time, the tipper remains extremely agile and versatile due to its low weight - ideal for tight farm spots or rough terrain.

Additional attachment side walls create more loading volume, and different equipment variants offer the possibility to tailor the vehicle precisely to individual needs.

Most models come standard with a grain slide, while models from TDK 80 onwards feature a hydraulic rear wall. This wall initially lifts vertically before swinging out by about 90° - ideal for controlled rear loading.

Versatile and Customizable

Thanks to its practice-oriented design, the Fliegl three-way tipper can be combined in various ways - except for the EDK models, it can also be used with other trailers. Whether as a solo vehicle on the farm or in a convoy in the field, its particularly low platform height greatly facilitates loading and unloading. Side walls can be easily opened, allowing not only for easy loading but also for quick cleaning after use.

The robust axle construction and extra-wide track ensure safe driving stability in any situation - even with high payloads and uneven terrain, according to the Bavarian company.
