Single grain seeder Amazone Precea 6000-TCC sets new standards

The possibility to sow centrally or decentrally makes the Precea 6000 particularly versatile. We demonstrate the machine in action.

Amazone provides a well-thought-out overall concept for single-seed sowing with the Precea 6000-TCC. The option to sow centrally or decentrally makes the machine particularly versatile. Let's take a look at the machine in action.

With a working width of 6 meters, the Precea 6000-TCC is a trailed single-grain seed drill. Depending on the configuration of the seed units, row spacings between 45 and 75 cm can be achieved - a flexibility that is especially advantageous in mixed crop rotations. With up to 12 seed units, the machine also offers high efficiency without compromising on placement quality. Notably, Amazone uses a well-thought-out Central Seed System (CSS) in the Precea, which transports seeds to the rows via pneumatic conveyors. The clever part is that once the small seed containers at the seed units are filled, the airflow automatically stops - without electronic control. This saves energy and increases reliability.

What makes the Precea 6000-TCC particularly versatile is the combination of both tank concepts: In addition to the large central seed container (850 l), small 8 l containers can also be mounted on each unit. This is not only practical for fine seeds, where the central solution may seem oversized, but also for trials or changing different varieties within a field. Amazone allows for a practical adaptation to any situation - a real hybrid solution with added value.

Amazone doesn't skimp on technology when it comes to fertilizer application either. The 3,000 l fertilizer tank with pressure system can be conveniently filled with big bags or a shovel. For precise application, the standard individual fertilizer coulter with intelligent shutdown ensures that unnecessary rows are automatically deactivated using flap technology. Since 2025, the FertiSpot system for precise fertilizer placement is also available for the trailed variant - another plus for efficiency and the environment. The technical equipment of the Precea 6000-TCC leaves little to be desired. Automatic scraper adjustment via SmartControl, hydraulic coulter pressure adjustment with SmartForce, optical sensors for singulation control - all of this ensures precise placement, uniform field emergence, and high plant establishment.
