BM Tractors from Italy introduces the specialized tractor Better 175. At first glance, it may seem underestimated, but it packs real power under the hood.
The 4-cylinder engine from FPT delivers 170 horsepower, which is transmitted to the continuously variable hydrostatic drive. The hydraulics allow for operating attachments with 80 l/min, the rear hydraulic lift capacity is 4.5 tons, and the front hydraulic lift capacity is 3 tons. There are even two PTO shafts at the rear, both capable of rotating at 540 and 1,000 rpm, with the second one rotating in the opposite direction, allowing for front-mounted attachments to be used at the rear. A reverse drive system is standard.
With a low center of gravity and compact size, the 4.5-ton Better 175 is ideal for work on slopes, embankments, and in forestry. Equipped with Dana axles, it is durable for rough terrain. The tractor can turn within 3.20 meters thanks to four steerable wheels. It can also operate in a crabbing motion. Learn more in the video.
