Fliegl promises high performance in a compact size with its first farm loader, the 25-27.
Based on the old plans from Kaweco, Fliegl now also builds farm loaders. Standard equipment for the type 25-27 includes cabin suspension, pressureless return, five headlights, Euro-standard attachment with hydraulic quick coupler, and a front and rear fender extension kit.
It is emphasized that the loaders are built in Germany and all components come from reputable manufacturers. The operation is said to be simple and quick. The 25-27 is designed to impress with high breakout force and planetary axles in the drive train with optional 100% lock. The low center of gravity of the engine also makes the loader very stable. Maintenance is user-friendly as the cabin and engine hood can be easily tilted or opened.
The diesel engine produces 37 PS.
Motor and Drive
The Yanmar - 3TNV88C-DYEM (stage V) with three cylinders and DPF delivers 37 PS. The fuel tank holds 44 liters and the hydraulic tank 38 liters.
The hydrostatic all-wheel drive with automatic control and Limited Slip (LS) differential pulls 21,500 N. The final drive consists of 8 t planetary axles (Comer F068). The driving hydraulics deliver 111 l/min. (350 bar), while the working hydraulics deliver 51 l/min. (190 bar). The parking brake is a classic drum brake.
The loader weighs 2,500 kg, has a lifting capacity of 1,850 kg, and a tipping load of 2,000 kg. Fliegl specifies the lifting height at 2,900 mm and the clearance height at 2,450 mm. With standard 31x15 5-15 tires, it is 1,136 mm wide. The slow driving speed ranges from 0 - 8 km/h, while the fast speed ranges from 0 - 20 km/h.
The question of price remains. Fliegl states it at 57,120 € including VAT.
