A special edition of Dragone VL mulchers is now available in Germany for tractors with 50-130 HP. These mulchers are designed to be very robust and work effectively on pastures, fallow land, or field edges. For over 60 years, the Italian manufacturer Dragone has been producing professional flail mulchers. In close collaboration with the landscape maintenance equipment dealer Vogt, the mulching equipment has been successfully established in the German market over the past 25 years. The company is now introducing a special edition of the VL mulcher series for tractors with 50-130 HP. The Farmers Edition model variant is ideal for universal use on agricultural farms. Like all Dragone mulchers, the Farmers Edition features a continuous rotor axis with internal support discs. Unlike conventional mulching equipment, this continuous rotor suspension provides high stability under extreme conditions. The heavy hammer flails are arranged in a double-spiral pattern on the rotor, creating optimal suction and cleanly shredding mulch material up to 80 mm in diameter. Internal double-pendulum roller bearings are protectedly installed on the rotor and the large-sized running roller (height-adjustable) to minimize maintenance and maximize longevity. The power of the tractor is transmitted to the rotor without power loss through a Walterscheid PTO shaft and 5 Power Belt belts. In contrast to the standard series, the Farmers Edition always comes with hydraulic lateral displacement, allowing the mulcher body to be shifted by a total of 500 mm. This enables easy mulching of side strips and meadow edges while avoiding obstacles. Additionally, the elastic front protective flaps provide protection against flying stones or other foreign objects. What can the mulcher do particularly well? The new special series is specifically designed for farmers for use on pastures, fallow land, or field edges. With the Dragone VL Farmers Edition, you get a sturdy flail mulcher for demanding mulching work at an attractive price, without compromising on premium features like the continuous rotor axis or hydraulic lateral adjustment. The special edition is available in various working widths (1,750 mm to 2,800 mm) and can be delivered directly from VOGT's stock. For all Dragone mulchers, Vogt offers its usual service: multiple own locations in Germany and Austria, the mobile Vogt customer service, and over 100 regional service partners ensure comprehensive customer support and reliable spare parts supply at all times. All machines are delivered by Vogt employees and can be tested on-site in practical use upon request.
