The new Tinecare V 12050 Master is a balanced precision harrow for row-independent crop care. It is used for weed regulation and promotes crop growth. Pöttinger introduces the row-independent precision harrow Tinecare V 12050 Master. It is suitable for all common arable crops - both after plowing and after conservation tillage. According to the manufacturer, it should deliver good results even in well-developed stands. The sturdy frame ensures optimal weight distribution across the entire working width. The folding crop maintenance machine is equipped with a spring pressure system and large sensing wheels. The long spring travel of the tool elements allows the tines to adapt to uneven terrain. Key growth advantage for the crop The Tinecare buries the weeds or lays them on the surface, where they dry up safely. An early application secures the necessary growth advantage for the crop over competing weeds in the race for light, water, and nutrients. With its 12m working width, the new Pöttinger harrow can achieve a considerable area output, the Austrians continue to write. For easy transport and space-saving storage, the frame is foldable into 5 parts, resulting in a transport width of only 2.95m. With its 6-bar structure and a large beam distance of 360mm, the Tinecare allows the passage of relatively large amounts of organic matter. The tine fields can be easily emptied when needed. The machine also carries the label "suitable for mulch sowing." Full flexibility and low maintenance The tines are indirectly spring-loaded and widely mounted, ensuring a contour-independent constant tine pressure and high stability. The tine pressure can be hydraulically adjusted steplessly from 500g to 6,000g from the cabin. Tine angle and frame height can also be adjusted to the requirements of the respective area. This allows for gentle to aggressive harrowing depending on the plant's growth stage and soil conditions. Additional tines can be screwed on The Tinecare V 12050 Master comes with 400 tines in the basic equipment. If needed, six additional tines can be mounted for overlapping work. This is necessary, for example, when working without GNSS automatic steering. The tine tips have an extra-large wear length of 125mm. Optionally, the Durastar Plus hard metal tines with significantly greater durability are available. The large-sized tires come standard with a groove profile - an arable lug profile is available as an option. Steerable sensing wheels at the rear of the machine increase ground adaptation in the direction of travel and further contribute to the machine's stability. For versatile use in row crops, all sensing wheels can be easily adjusted to all common attachment methods in their lateral position. Additionally, the machine can be equipped with a track harrow to prevent uprooted weeds from being pushed back by the rear sensing wheels. The new Pöttinger precision harrow will be available from September 2025.
