The transformation process, which began with ASKO's acquisition of the majority stake in Bühler Industries from Rostelmash on December 28, 2023, was completed on March 28, 2025. On the specified date, ASKO acquired full ownership of the company by purchasing the publicly traded shares traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange at over 2.44 Canadian dollars (CAD) for a price of 7.30 CAD per share.
