These figures are based on data from the Friedrich-Loeffler-Institute. Vaccinated animals are counted regardless of whether they have only been vaccinated once or multiple times.
The highest vaccination rates are in Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia at around 39%, as well as in Schleswig-Holstein at around 34% of all cattle. In Bavaria, the vaccination rate was just under 16% in mid-March.
